Through this website, we have already put together a network connected with using complementary therapies to assist the creative, healing power of taking control. We now aim to extend the Centre beyond the creative benefits of complementary therapies to include artistic creation. We want to include over 60s as well, to show this community that creative production has life enhancing potential for those in the third age as well as those who have a diagnosed serious illness. Evidence shows that there is a positive effect from using complementary therapies at these times. People who are diagnosed with a terminal illness can often enter the most creative period of their lives. They have something to teach us.

The web site will be completely revised and redesigned in a new format, to reflect the planned expansion of the community. We will of course retain the same mission but it will be broadened in scope.
